Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 8 Pro smartphone in India running MIUI 10.4 Global Stable on top of Android 9.0 (Pie). Xiaomi doesn’t follow any fixed update frequency for the MIUI Global Stable ROM but on average, the Global Stable ROM is updated once in a month.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro comes in Gamma Green, Halo White and Shadow Black colors, is priced at Rs. 14,999 for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs Rs. 15,999 and the top-end 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs Rs. 17,999. It will be available from Amazon.in and mi.com starting from October 21st.
